• Obituary/Death Notice: Star Ledger, 10 Jan 2002. ⁴ Services for Donnino E. DiVoni, 79, of Fanwood will be at noon tomorrow in the Madison Memorial Home, 159 Main St., Madison.
Mr. DiVoni died Tuesday at home.
An attorney, he maintained a private practice in Union for more than 40 years before retiring in 1992.
Mr. DiVoni graduated from Rutgers University, Newark with a bacholor of arts degree in humanities and earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, Newark.
He served in the army during World War II.
Mr. DiVoni was a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and was active in the Fanwood area chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons.
Born in Newark, Mr. DiVoni moved to Fanwood in 1960.
Surviving is a brother Alfred.

Donnino married Anna F. STUSSE, daughter of Herman Jacob STUSSE and Ida May FINLEY. (Anna F. STUSSE was born on 27 Jul 1912 in Worcester, Worcester County, Massachusetts, died on 22 Apr 1996 in Fanwood, Union County, New Jersey ³ and was buried on 26 Apr 1996 in Graceland Memorial Park, Galloping Hill Road, Kenilworth, Union County, New Jersey ⁵.)
