Mr. Clark was born in Newark, and moved to Irvington 40 years ago. He was a stationmaster for many years for the Central Railroad of New Jersey and was assigned to the Elizabethport station. He retired 17 years ago.
Mr. Clark was a member of the Second United Church of Christ in Irvington.
He leaves a sister, Mrs. Percival Stanton of Hackettstown.
The service will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. in the McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union.

CLARK - On Monday, April 12, 1971, LaRoy, of 250 40th St., Irvington, N.J., brother of Mrs. Percival Stanton, uncle of Mrs. Elmer Stuart. Funeral service will be held at the "McCracken Funeral Home," 1500 Morris Ave., Union on Thursday at 1 P.M. Interment Graceland Memorial Park. Friends may call Tuesday 7-10 and Wednesday all day until 10 P.M.


LaRoy married Sarah F. (Sadie) CLARK (MAIDEN UNKNOWN), daughter of Unknown and Unknown, in 1918. (Sarah F. (Sadie) CLARK (MAIDEN UNKNOWN) was born in 1895 in New York.)
